Outpatient therapy group that exclusively provides care in the home of the patient. We are based in Naples and Bonita Springs, FL.
This position is available as PRN, Salaried Part Time, and Salaried Full Time.

This is not traditional home health, as we are not a home health agency.
- Our patients are NOT required to be home-bound.
- NO home health agency paperwork/requirements.
Looking for Physical Therapist that would like to have a consistent case load of patients. Case load capacity is at your own choosing and there are not requirements. If you can see more patients, we can provide more patients.
